OPI's Shatter Nail Polish in three Blue shades
This is huge news. If you know how incredibly popular this product is, you will appreciate how much this info will be appreciated by so many. OPI's Shatter, the uber hot shade worn and made famous by Katy Perry, has been expanded with the addition of three new shades: Blue, Navy and Turquoise. These shades now join Black, White, Red and Silver.
Blue, Navy and Turquoise
Inspired by graffiti art, Shatter leaves behind a crackled, two-texture finish when painted over any dry hue. Adding top coat takes Shatter from matte to glossy in seconds.
“Black Shatter was received with great fanfare, showing that women are looking for new ways to express themselves and are excited to try different textures on their nails,” says Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Executive VP & Artistic Director. “By adding a variety of colors to the line, there are more options for every woman, whether she is looking for a funky aquamarine or elegant deep blue. Unlike traditional nail art which can be complicated and difficult to replicate, Shatter is easy to use and allows everyone to experiment with this new trend.”
In addition to the original BlackShatter, the line also features the Shatter coat in White, Red and Silver.
All Shatter products contain no DBP, Toluene, or Formaldehyde.
Blue Shatter, Navy Shatter, and Turquoise Shatter will be available beginning May 2011.

The New FeatherLocks
Looking for a way to add some spunk to your ‘do without breaking the bank or permanently altering your tresses? Look no further then the hugely popular Featherlocks feather hair extensions. Launched in 2010, this trend has spread like wild fire and can be spotted on some of today’s hottest celebs like Hilary Duff, Taryn Manning, and Steven Tyler (that’s right guys, this trend isn’t just for the girls). The feathers come in an array of amazing colors from subtle brown to hot pink; there’s a hue to suit everyone’s taste. We’re personally donning the light purple right now, just in time for spring’s big color trend!
It takes mere seconds to secure the feathers through a little plastic bead and won’t damage the hair. You can wash, blow dry, curl, and straighten it like you would with any other type of long wear extensions. Get crazy and add a bunch in your hair ala Mr. Tyler or keep it subdued like Hilary Duff. It’s such a fun, unique, and easy way to accessorize!
The verdict is in. We tried it… and we LOVE it!
